Thank you for choosing Pristine. My goal is to provide a comfortable, personalized, and professional experience while respecting the time, trust, and care that go into every appointment.


These Terms & Conditions explain the general conditions for using this website, booking services, purchasing vouchers, and enrolling in educational programs.


Please review these Terms along with our Studio Policies before booking or making a purchase.


1. About Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge


Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge is a private, appointment-only lash studio located near Freeman Park in Idaho Falls, Idaho.


Pristine specializes in customized lash extension services, including Classic, Hybrid, Volume, Mega Volume, and UV-cured lash extension applications.


Pristine may also offer private lash certification courses, educational resources, vouchers, and seasonal promotions.


2. Website Use


The information on this website is provided to help visitors learn about our services, policies, pricing, and booking options.


Visitors agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or reproduce original website content for commercial purposes without permission.


We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate website information, but service details, availability, and prices may change.


3. Appointments and Reservations


All services are available by appointment only.


Appointments may be scheduled through our online booking platform, Fresha, or directly with Pristine when applicable.


Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.


Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, selecting the appropriate service, and reviewing the applicable booking requirements.


Booking an appointment indicates acknowledgment of the Studio Policies made available during the booking process. Any agreement to specific fees or payment authorizations is governed by the disclosures and consent provided during booking.

4. Deposits and Payments

A nonrefundable deposit is required for new clients and online bookings, as described in our Studio Policies.

Deposit amounts vary depending on the service booked and are disclosed before payment.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

If a deposit covers the full service amount, no additional service balance is due unless the client agrees to additional charges.

A valid payment card is required on file to secure appointments.

The card may be charged for applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fees in accordance with the Studio Policies and the payment authorization provided at booking.

Accepted payment methods include payment cards, Venmo, and exact cash.

Any remaining service balance is due at the appointment.


5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Pristine requires at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without the applicable late-change fee.

Under the current Studio Policies:

- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a $25 fee.
- Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows may incur a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited in accordance with the Studio Policies. Any additional amount charged will be subject to the applicable disclosed fee and payment authorization.

Illness-related exceptions may be considered at Pristine's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the complete cancellation and rescheduling requirements before booking.


6. Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive on time.

Arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, depending on available time.

Applicable fees are governed by the Studio Policies.


7. Lash Services, Results, and Maintenance

All lash extension services are customized according to individual preferences, natural lash condition, and professional assessment.

Lash retention and results vary based on natural lash growth, lifestyle, aftercare, and other individual factors.

Pristine cannot guarantee a specific retention period or an identical result to an inspiration photograph.

Lash fills are subject to maintenance requirements, including the amount and condition of extensions remaining.

Foreign fills, involving extensions applied by another lash artist, require an assessment before service.

Pristine may recommend removal, a full set, or an alternative appointment when existing extensions cannot be appropriately maintained.

Service adjustments and associated charges will be discussed before proceeding.


8. Health, Safety, and Client Consent

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant health and safety information through their intake forms and consultations.

This may include allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, previous reactions, medications, or other relevant circumstances.

Pristine may modify, postpone, or decline a service when appropriate for client safety.

Lash extension services carry potential risks, including irritation, sensitivity, and allergic reactions.

Patch testing may be offered but cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

Clients experiencing a concerning reaction should seek appropriate medical care.

Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


9. Service Concerns and Refunds

Pristine's current Studio Policies provide for a complimentary touch-up when excessive lash fallout occurs within three days, subject to evaluation.

A complimentary lash removal may be offered for an allergic reaction occurring within three days.

Lash services are generally nonrefundable under the Studio Policies.

Concerns will be reviewed individually, and nothing in these Terms limits remedies required by applicable consumer protection law.

Product returns and exchanges are governed by the applicable Studio Policies.





10. Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Pristine offers gift certificates and vouchers that may be redeemed toward eligible services.

Vouchers must be presented at the appointment or applied through the booking process, as applicable.

Voucher redemption is subject to the disclosed terms of the specific voucher, including its eligible services or monetary value.

A valid card on file may still be required when reserving an appointment with a voucher.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees may apply as described in the Studio Policies and agreed to during booking.

Purchased gift certificates and promotional vouchers may be subject to different legal requirements.

Expiration dates, fees, redemption restrictions, and any replacement limitations will be applied only as permitted by applicable law.

Vouchers generally cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.


11. Seasonal Promotions and Special Offers

Pristine may offer limited-time promotions, discounts, giveaways, and special offers throughout the year.

Each promotion may include specific eligibility requirements, booking deadlines, service restrictions, redemption periods, or other conditions.

Applicable promotional terms will be communicated when the offer is advertised.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Pristine may change or discontinue future promotions, subject to applicable law and previously accepted purchases or commitments.


12. Lash Certification Courses


Pristine may offer private, one-on-one lash extension certification courses and educational programs.

Each course may have separate requirements regarding:
- Tuition and enrollment deposits
- Training dates and schedules
- Payment deadlines
- Included kits, supplies, and equipment
- Cancellations and rescheduling
- Student participation and completion requirements
- Certification and post-training support

These details will be provided in the applicable course description or enrollment agreement before enrollment.

Course reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Any nonrefundable payments or other material enrollment conditions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.

A course completion certificate does not replace a professional license or authorization required by law.

Students are responsible for verifying the licensing and business requirements applicable to their location before offering professional services.

Completion of training does not guarantee employment, earnings, clientele, or business success.

Where course-specific terms differ from these general Terms, the course enrollment agreement will govern that course to the extent permitted by law.


13. Studio Location and Access

Pristine operates from a private, home-based studio near Freeman Park in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

The exact address and arrival instructions are shared with confirmed clients.

The studio is not open for unscheduled visits.

Clients are expected to follow arrival instructions and respect the privacy of the property.

Additional guests and children are subject to the approval requirements outlined in the Studio Policies.


14. Photography and Testimonials

Photographs may be taken for service documentation.

Identifiable client photographs, videos, or testimonials will only be used for promotional purposes with appropriate consent.

Promotional photography consent is voluntary.

Clients may contact Pristine regarding the withdrawal of consent or removal of content under our control.


15. Intellectual Property

Original website text, photographs, branding, educational materials, and other content belonging to Pristine Lash & Beauty Lounge are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially reused without permission, except as permitted by law.


16. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Pristine uses third-party services, including Fresha, to support appointment booking and business operations.

Our website may also link to external websites, social media platforms, and recommended products.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies.


17. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website, booking system, or client communications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pristine may update these Terms & Conditions as business services, policies, or legal requirements change.

Changes will not retroactively alter an existing purchase or confirmed agreement except as permitted by law.
